Marcia and I started looking at properties back in 2020 and it took me some time to find the right house. She was patient and I felt no pressure to rush through the home buying process as it can be nerve-racking and also stressful for some. On top of that, she offered honest opinions on properties and offers, helped me understand all the contracts and disclosures, and explained all the different utility providers that I would need at the new house. She was able to get everything done in a timely and efficient manner and ensured the process ran smooth. She also helped negotiate/amend things in the contract with the buyer's agent. We were able to close within about 4 weeks!
